Just include them all if possible, the correct one will be in there for at least 25 days and we can find it. The logs are created in London time (UTC/GMT) which means bztransmit15.log might appear at 5pm California time if you are in California. Today is June 14, so today's log file is bztransmit14.log, make sense? The most important log file for us is the most recent one, so if you do this today, we want bztransmit14.log and bztransmit15.log if bztransmit15.log exists. In that folder, there is a log file which will tell us what is going on including memory usage, there is one log file for each day of the month. On Macintosh: /Library/Backblaze.bzpkg/bzdata/bzlogs/bztransmit/ On Windows: C:\ProgramData\Backblaze\bzdata\bzlogs\bztransmit\ This is the second one of these reports we have had, so I'm worried we have a bug/memory leak/memory issue I'd really like you to go to and scroll all the way to the bottom, open up a support ticket HAVE THEM FLAG ME, and in the very first ticket attach the log files found in: ![]() bztransmit is 3.54 GBs of that memory usage Disclaimer: I work at Backblaze and wrote a lot of the code that might be using up your RAM. ![]()
